Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents.
Leads and/or oversees individual and group events daily, encouraging and tracking resident participation at each event.
Provides information for the electronic medical record (EMR) including assessments, care plans (SNF)/service plans (AL/ALMC), and progress notes.
Designs creative and engaging events that are reflective of our residents’ needs and interests.
Plans a monthly calendar that includes one-on-one events as well as group activities that enrich our resident’s well-being.
Posts and distributes monthly Life Enrichment calendars for easy reference throughout the community.
Acknowledges resident birthdays, anniversaries, and special accomplishments.
Communicates Life Enrichment supply needs in a timely manner.
Ensures Life Enrichment events meet all state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
License and/or Qualifications
Active state driver’s license preferred.
Must be CPR certified.
